This involves an initial 40 minute video session with the entrepreneur and his / her marketing team to understand the product/service, its uniqueness, organizational legacy (if any), goals, mission, market dynamics, work processes, work culture, core values, target audience as well as if there is any pre-existing theme or idea that the organization wants the name to be worked around.
We then share a few name drafts with taglines and try to understand the client needs better. We revise and present more suitable drafts and are receptive to a few more rounds of fine tuning / revisions until client delight is witnessed!
